Fully integrated outdoor unit
The CETH2 PEM Electrolyser product line is based on a modular architecture that can be implemented as In or Outdoor version.
Gas Skid
- There are 2 standardised gas skid versions in order to integrate 1 to 4 stack units of 5 Nm3/h each.
- Gases are purified by a heat exchanger cooled by a chiller at 4°C in order to reach a H2 purity of 99.9%.
- All generators are equipped with dry coolers for thermal regulation of the process in order to achieve optimal efficiency of the electro-catalytic reaction.
- Advanced reverse osmosis and electrodeionization units are included as standard in order to ensure the water quality, and to lower the water conductivity down to 0.2 µS/cm from a tap water source.
Industrial power supply
Each stack has its own individual and highly efficient 50 kW AC/DC water cooled rectifier.
Although the average power consumption stands at 5 kWh/Nm3 of Hydrogen produced by the system, we hereby offer a power reserve to ensure the immediate availability of nominal production of the generator, as well as a capacity to produce up to 120% of nominal capacity.
Control system
All generators are controlled by a PLC with an HMI (Human Machine Interface) in order to ensure safety and monitor process.
It allows various standards of communication protocols and can therefore be connected to the client SCADA.The electrolyser can be controlled by client parameters such as volume, flow, pressure etc …
It can also be distant monitored by the manufacturer in order to schedule preventive maintenance operations.
